After a dull and depressing 2020, this year’s Diwali, seems to be the only silver lining for the year. While there are speculations, like it may not be, as much fun and exciting as past years’, we still can make ourselves feel good by looking more stylish and trendy and lift our own spirits.
So here we have a list of all the Indo-western styles, inspired from our favorite B-town celebs that you can fuse together and look absolutely gorgeous and make heads turn at this year’s Diwali parties.
1.Ruffle Sarees
Ruffle sarees are all the hype this year, with every celebrity rocking it. Just wear it with traditional jewelry and you are good to go.
2.Dhoti suits
Another fashion hype this year, are the dhoti suits. Take a pair of dhoti pants and style them with a crop top or a kurta and a minimalist hair style,, something like a ponytail.
3.Jumpsuits with a hint of desi
You know what a jumpsuit is, just give it a desi touch with a cool traditional jacket or with some cool traditional jewelry and turn this simple sounding outfit as all the hype at your Diwali parties.
4.Crop top with skirts
Just in case you have run out of time and need a last minute outfit, we have a savior outfit for you. Pair any crop top you may have with a long skirt, or a lehenga bottom or even a ghagra. This look is for sure the cheapest to sort, but definitely is one of the classiest.
5.Denims
Denims are all the Fad this year, so the best way to go is wear a denim jacket with a traditional and an otherwise boring looking outfit, or, if you like, you can take inspiration from the fashion diva of Bollywood, Sonam Kapoor and infact wear a whole denim saree too.
6. Bustier as Blouse
if you have a plain saree and nothing else, don't you worry as we got you covered. Take a bustier piece and use it as a blouse. waer it with chic and boho jewelry and you are good to go. You are sure to make heads turn in this attire that looks sexy yet needs bare minimum efforts.
