On Thursday, Sunny Deol has shared the information on Twitter that he has finished filming for the first schedule of his upcoming movie “Gadar 2". The movie was announced in October as a sequel to Deol’s 2001 blockbuster film “Gadar: Ek Prem Katha". Gadar 2 is being directed by filmmaker Anil Sharma, who also directed the original.
Deol and the team has shot the film “Gadar 2" in Himachal Pradesh. The first schedule is wrapped in 25 days. The 65-year-old actor shared the pictures to his official Instagram handle, which featured him as Tara Singh.

While sharing on Instagram, he wrote, “Only a fortunate few get to bring amazing characters back to life. Presenting Tara Singh 20 years later! Wrapped the first schedule of ‘Gadar 2’. Feeling blessed to relive the role again." The film is scheduled to release in 2022.
