Saudi Arabia has planned to operate the domestic and international flights at full capacity. On Sunday, the Saudi Arabia General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has announced that airports are already operating at full capacity without any Covid-19 related travel restrictions.
A circular also has been issued to all the airlines by Saudi authorities that are operating in the country. The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has also shared a tweet issuing instructions to all the airlines.
As mentioned, all domestic and international flights will be operating in full capacity, the basic rules must be followed. Basic rules means that social distancing should be maintained, and masks will remain mandatory. The air travel market in the domestic area of the country has already been witnessing a sharp recovery. However, Saudi Arabia is the largest domestic air travel market in the entire Gulf region. In order to recover the travel and tourism sector in the country, opening of the airports and allowing full capacity travel is a good move.
