NTA to release UGC NET Result soon

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon declare the results for UGC NET Dec 2020 and June 2021 attempts.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon declare the results for UGC NET December 2020 and June 2021 attempts. The NTA has conducted a combined UGC NET Exam due to pandemic. As per the previous year's data, the results are expected to be released by January 30, 2022. Usually the results are announced within 15 days of the exam conduction date. 

Qualifying Procedure 

In order to qualify for UGC NET Exam, a candidate needs to score at least 40% marks, however for the reserved category the minimum qualifying score is 35%. Clearing the UGC NET Exam gives the candidate an eligibility to apply for the teaching positions in the universities across India. 

For Paper I, candidate need to score 40 out of 100 and 35 out of 100 is the score for the reserved category. For Paper 2, candidate need to score minimum 70 marks out of 200. To qualify paper 2, candidates belonging to EWS and OBC category need to score minimum 65 marks out of 200, those belonging from SC category the minimum score is 60 out of 200 and for ST category the score is 55 out of 200.
