The costs of a 19-kg LPG cylinder in Delhi is reduced by Rs 36 with impact from Monday, August 1, stated the state-owned retailers on the day. From today, the cost of a 19 kg commercial cylinder will currently be Rs 1,976, while in Kolkata it will be valued at Rs 2,095.50, Rs 1,936.50 in Mumbai and Rs 2,141 in Chennai. However, the cost of a 14.2-kg domestic cooking gas cylinder has stayed unaltered.
The new rates of LPG commercial cylinder
As indicated by the new rate release by Indian Oil on August 1, the cost of LPG commercial cylinder has been reduced by Rs 36. This is the second decrease in rates in a month's time. On 6 July, the cost was cut by Rs 8.50 per 19-kg commercial cylinder. For all the states, the rates are different relying upon the frequency of charges like VAT. Costs are higher in states with higher duties.
In July, the cost of a 19-kg LPG chamber in Delhi has been cut by Rs 198. Prior, the cost was cut by Rs 135 with impact from June 1.

Oil Rates in the International market
On Monday, oil rates dropped almost immediately as financial backers prepared during the current week's gathering of authorities from OPEC and other top makers on supply changes.
As reported by News 18, Brent crude futures slashed 63 cents, or 0.6 percent, to $103.34 a barrel by 0000 GMT. U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude was at $97.87 a barrel, down 75 cents, or 0.7 percent, in the wake of hitting a meeting low of $97.55 while trade began in Asia.
