The one who was being beaten was repeatedly pleading with the police that the child would get hurt, but the police continued to lash sticks. Now the clarification of Kanpur Police has also come to the fore regarding this video. Police says that the person who was being beaten and his brother were creating a ruckus in the hospital.

The staff were protesting on the ongoing excavation next to the hospital as its soil was filling up the entire hospital. The police officer had said that 'class IV employee Rajneesh Shukla along with 100-200 people created chaos and closed the OPD of the district hospital. The man seen in the video is Rajneesh's brother. He was not ready to accept it even after repeatedly persuading the police. In such a situation, the police had to use mild force.
