Dates are rich in glucose, fructose and sucrose. Therefore it is very beneficial for instant strength and energy. Eating two to four dates will also give you instant energy.

If you are underweight then consumption of dates is very advantageous for you. It contains sugars, vitamins and many essential proteins that help in weight gain. If you are very thin, start eating four to five dates every day.
