Gallstones are small stones which are formed in the gallbladder. They lie below the liver and can be very painful if an untreated treatment may require an operation to remove it. Let us tell you that when cholesterol starts to settle in the gall bladder or becomes hard, then we often have stones complaint. In such a situation, the patient has to face unbearable pain and together with that there is difficulty in digesting food.
Between the liver and the gall bladder is a small tube called the bile duct, through which it passes the bile to the gallbladder. When food enters a person's body, this bladder pulls the bile like an atomizer and sends it to the upper part of the small intestine, called the duodenum. This leads to digestion.
What are gall-bladder stones
The most important problem associated with the Gal Bladder, the vital organ securing the enzyme required for digestion, is that there is a lot of possibility of stone formation in it, which is called a gallstone. In fact, when the amount of fluid in the gallbladder starts to dry, the sugar-salt and other micronutrients present in it accumulate together to form small stone pieces, known as gallstones.
There is no proven cause of stones in the gall bladder (Gall Bladder) and it can occur at any age. There are some factors that can increase the likelihood of gallstones such as-
- Diabetes
- Obesity
- Pregnancy
- Post-surgical surgery
- Some prescription drugs
- Due to suffering from some disease for a long time
Symptoms of Gall Bladder stones
Sometimes gallstones in the gallbladder occur without any symptoms and sometimes it also reflects some symptoms. Some of the special symptoms are-
- Indigestion
- acidity
- Heavy heaviness
- Vomiting/ Nausea
- Migraine.
How to prevent gall bladder stones (Prevention of Gall Bladder Stone)
Changes in lifestyle and diet are necessary to avoid stones in the Gal Bladder.
- Carrots and cucumber juice should be 100 ml. Drinking twice a day after mixing in the amount of gall stone is beneficial.
- Drinking 50ml Lemon Water every Morning for a week on an empty stomach beneficial .
- Alcohol, cigarettes, tea, coffee and sugary drinks are harmful. Try to avoid them as much as possible.
- Pears are beneficial in gallstones. The chemical elements found in it remove Gal Bladder diseases.
- The body's immune system is strengthened by the use of Vitamin C, ie ascorbic acid. It converts cholesterol into bile. Taking three to four tablets daily is beneficial.
- The patient of gallbladder stone should take green vegetables and fruits in maximum quantity in food. Cholesterol is low in these and also fulfills the need of protein.
- Stay away from fried and spicy things and eat a balanced diet.
- Eat sour fruits. Vitamin-C present in these proves to be very helpful for removing gallbladder stones.
- Taking one spoon of turmeric removes stones.
