Republic Day is celebrated on 26 January (26 January) in India every year .. This year the country is celebrating the 71st Republic Day. In fact, on 26 January 1950, the Constitution came into force in our country, on the occasion of which 26 January is celebrated every year as Republic Day.
The Republic Day Parade of India is held in the national capital, Delhi. It is displayed at Rajpath, India Gate. Usually, at 9:00 flag is displayed every year on January 26 at 9:30 in the morning. The total time of the Republic Day parade is about 3 hours.
But this year due to the Corona Restrictions there are some changes in the way the parade will be carried out.

- No Foreign Guests, This year Because of the corona restrictions, there would be no foreign dignatory at the parade, for the first time in 55 years.
- Restricted number of the spectators watching the live parade
- Less number of cultural activities and floats will be there so as to maintain the corona protocols.
- The path of the parade has been shortened, earlier the parade used to come to a halt at the Red Fort, but this time it will be till the National Museum.
- The spectators attending the parade will not be allowed to carry their mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices.
- Reduced size of the Paramilitary and Armed forces marching contingents.
