There has been bad news for Team India after the first match of T20 series. All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been excluded from the T20 series due to concussion contention. At the same time, he was hit at the helmet in the last over of India's innings. After this, he could not return to the field. Now he has been replaced by fast bowler Shardul Thakur in the team.

Jadeja still under observation

He has been placed under observation, and will undergo the next scan if required. Shardul Thakur has been chosen as his replacement. Shardul was recently part of the ODI team.

Shardul was given a chance in the last match of the 3 match ODI series. In that match, he took 3 wickets for 51 runs.

Jadeja was already complaining of ham-string in the 19th over. After this, in the 20th over, Mitchell Starc's ball in the 20th over went to Jadeja's helmet. Even though he might not be able to continue playing in this series, he has had a smacking record. Here’s a look at his journey.

Ravindra Jadeja is a brilliant all-rounder of the Indian cricket team and has been performing brilliantly for the Indian team in the last 10 years in all three formats of cricket. Jadeja is one of the most important players of the Indian team at the present time due to his brilliant performance.

Ravindra Jadeja was born on 6 December 1988 in a middle-class house in Jamnagar district of Gujarat. He joined the Cricket Academy in Saurashtra and started focusing his attention in cricket. Under the supervision of his cricket coach Mahendra Singh Chauhan, his hard work paid off and he got a chance to play from Saurashtra under-14 team. Due to good performance, he got a place in the Indian team in the 2006 Under-19 World Cup.

In the 2006 Under-19 World Cup, Ravindra Jadeja took 4 wickets against Australia and took 3 wickets for 16 runs against Pakistan in the final. Due to his superb bowling, Pakistan was able to score only 109 runs. However, despite the target of 110 runs, India did not win this match.
